- Your plan is based on active subscribers only, contacts who can currently receive your marketing. Unsubscribed, bounced, and suppressed contacts do not count toward your tier, so you only pay for the audience you can actually reach.
- What happens when I outgrow a tier?
- Growth pricing scales smoothly with your active-subscriber count. As your list grows past a threshold, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, and up, you move to the next tier automatically, and emails stay unlimited on every paid tier so a big send never triggers an overage.
- Can I change plans at any time?
